| or go to navigate to poi and in the bottom left corner is an icon for a keyboard press this and the keyboard comes onto screen. Type the first few letters of the name of the poi and there you go. |

Thats because you are using the wrong settings for the network mate. I'll double check later but I believe the tomtom go 300 does NOT support pay as you go mobiles only contract.
