So why are they validated without checking all details?

When looking at the database as a .csv file using excel there are literally hundreds of cameras without a listed speed limit. Why is this?

Try it again using a .csv or .txt file and open it in notepad. Check all the entries are in mph (the bit after @). Run it through Navicore extension editor again. This time DO NOT tick "assume mph".
