Believe me I have removed it and reinstalled dozens of times.

With the same result !!

I just downloaded it onto a 32bit laptop running Vista SP2 (not mine so it's not the answer) and all was fin ...

I may have found a solution to my problem BUT:-

1)It applies to Windows 7 and I have Vista. (but it may help)

2)IT’s IN FRENCH !!!

Sad Tried to install this version several times now and keep getting the message
