Good call as all roads in the London CCZ are now 20mph
Nearly all, only those controlled by TFL. The Mall, Constitution Hill and Park Lane appear to not be according to their list.

If my theory it is Inrix data and not the receiving of it that is the problem, then the fact that France works OK may be relevant as V-Traffic is the provider there and not Inrix.

Got it sorted. I uninstalled the USA map from the PC via Apps in Settings. It appears there as a program as we used to call it! Downloaded it again and all good.
