make sure you exit mm from the menu and not just close it from the x in the top right corner otherwise it will still be running in the background
check by going to system/ memory/running programs

i have the medion 9500 didnt come with the external antenna
a friend missed the aldi offer and bought a mitac 168 exactly the same
but his came with the external antenna
ive not had a problem usi ...

have you checked the write protect on the card

you could try medion as there gps 95000 is the same as far as i am aware

i am using checkpiont and the pois from there website
but when i am in map view i get no sound warnings from speed cameras
the icons are displayed ok in navigator mode i get the warnings ok

i must agree i have a etrex legend as well which i find great for walking with.

i think the key is to use serial sp2
then experiment with the top options i use tomtom setting works fine

i have a medion 9500 aka mitac mio 168 that does all that u ask for
not sure about the compass though tom tom has one but dont know how accurate it is.

the only snag is batt ...

am i missing something or cant you have street names on in the navagator screen when following a route.
the street names appear in map view but not navigator view
