I am not being sarcastic, but you have to turn the volume up on the car kit every time you dock your phone to get nice and loud instructions. hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply Darren. I have tonight done a hard reset on my iphone and reloaded the app will give it a try on Friday I will let you know how it goes.
