It is legal, unless you put the tomtom in a place where it can lead to no see the road properly.

What "they" are trying to forbid is to manipulate the GPS when the car is running.

It is because whith W2003SE on battery power it reduces the speed of the processor to gain battery life.

The only solution is to downgrade to W2003 or use Pocket Hack Master to disable the built-in ...
