I Have a problem with my TT Bluetooth reciever. It seems to turn itsself off when incar and wired through my IPAQs Mounting kit, and taking power from the Cig lighter.

Nick, you may be right that it is done on distance rather than time. Is this just the normal behaviour for Tomtom or does it only do this in marked tunnels? I'm not sure.

I think it will work on a DVD or hard drive. You'd just need to start the appropriate setup exe under the required map folders. Better still, you could extract the maps you need to hard drive folders ...
