You (or TomTom Home) must have done something for this to happen, still if its working I would leave it well alone, just make sure you have a full backup of both the internal memory AND the storage ... |

I had problems with the 720 I bought last October, but the replacement I got yesterday works perfectly straight out of the box, handsfree, voice input, latest map guarantee, everything. |
