If speeding is such a problem then why isnt speedometer accuracy part of the MOT. Answer, because they can be enourmously innaccurate & there's no easy way to improve them.

I wonder if Google would do a Pot Hole View. They could start with the roads around my part of Essex which have holes so deep Smart cars are disappearing into them.
