mmmm clever but not very satisfactory. tt3 had voice off button.

on the tt5 i want to turn the voice off but have the poi warnings on.
all i can find in my menu is sound off which stops both.
any ideas?
also has 'skuX's' menu been adapted to work on palms yet?

no, if i turn on and drive, it selects a location and tells me how to get there. often i've just left there!

is it possible to set 'no destination' , so that you can drive about with speed camera warnings etc, but with nobody telling you you're going the wrong way?

hi. well progress has been made!
cleared my 2210, and started again.
now have icons on the maps ,
(if anyone else is struggling with this.... my computer saved the icon files as 'picture it express ...

sorry i meant to say ov2.
does it sound like i should start again, with no bmp and no warning?

steve, i feel that EVERYTHING is beyond me at the moment!
checkpoint was installed first.
downloaded av2's, (they're there) ticked add bmp if a/v, no icons, no warnings.

have ov2, what is bmp?
have 'checkpoint' as assignable in poi, but not 'speed/safety camera'
which is the camera software you suggest.
should i pay for poi warner?

nearly there i think....
now have tt starting by tapping checkpoint, and an icon appears bottom right of the navigator screen. but no sign of speed cameras or speed came ...
