It does work but I have one exception where I have to use Manual mode and enter a proximity distance of 0 (zero).

I haven't used ver 2.3.2 yet but I fixed the problem by using POI Loader in Manual mode and giving McDonalds etc waypoints a Proximity Alert Distance of 0 metres.

RDS, my Instruction Manual say Nuvi 310/360 but my internal memory isn't as large as the US 360's. I have about 170 MB free.

RDS, I'm from Australia and my 310 says, "Turn left into Smith Street". I would have thought 310's were the same in all countries but apparently not.

The Nuvi 310 does have voice instructions ie 'turn left', 'enter roundabout and take second exit', but it doesn't have TTS (text to speech).

My Nuvi 310 has TTS. It's the 300 that doesn't.
