I have followed Eldars instructions to the letter and still no joy. The Tom Tom Home software is showing the additional voice as being there alongside Jane and the others.

Welcome to the forum Dave, Have a look at Rays site where there are a number of voices that can be downloaded for free, IMHO they are better than the ones supplied with the device, see Here
