if you type the text for them they get read out as well

however the spoken warning sound is much lower than the voice that gives the directions

i believe you need different software for the n70
download it from tomtom and install it to your card and that should fix it
you need the latest tomtom mobile 5 software which when installed let ... |

hi
go to the tomtom downloads page and download tomtom navigator 5 .2 update
it is free then just instal it over the tomtom version you have
beware you will probably have to reactivate it ... |

you can do this free
download the update from tomtom and install the correct symbian type for your new phone

insert the card into you n70 and install the software (you may need the update from tomtom for mobile 5 )

if you know your final destination i would have thought that you would need to load the final destination country map so tomtom takes you in the most direct route to ... |
