Forgot to add - maps are on a SD (using the W&C Europe), so not the maps on the TT's memory. Will a reset still be the best option?

After weeks of banging my head against a wall before Xmas, I finally managed to get TomTom to add the W&CE maps to my account.

However, I then discovered that the map was too big for ...

I've had a good look through the TomTom filesystem and the only thing I could see which warranted removal was some audio book demos. Even with them, and the WE and Canary Islands maps gone, there was ...

The map download is 1988MB.

I tried removing the Western Europe and Canary Isles maps from the TomTom and TTHome still says there's not enough space.

So, I got a 2GB SD card. But stup ...
