got a spare battery.. PDA works fine with the cell but wont charge (plus noticed return of the burning smell when connected so yanked pwer out pdq).. hey ho never mind.

Hi after having used a dual outlet ciggy lighter adaptor, my ipaq 3630 refuses to charge in the car. Now plugging to my PC with a USB cable, not only does it still refuse to charge but I noticed a bur ... |

Hi,
I'm back again, I tried this from another postin and it worked.
In Tom Tom 5 select other cable NMEA GPS NOT Other Bluetooth GPS, set baud to 38400 and choose Com Port 6.

Thanks for posting on POI on TT 5.
I had the same problem, i could not get some of my POI to show after the upgrade. I can confirm that on TomTom 5 you only get around 40 POI.
