I would add that exactly the same happened when I recently went down to Cornwall, which has an awful lot of very narrow roads, and no motorways at all. |

I imagine it could mean "anything but a Motorway".
But having said that the variations in types of roads below M-ways is absolutely huge.

Instead of the CSV try the following file which you can download off my webspace - it is the ASCII file that was created by taking the OV2 file (designed for TomTom) and converted into ASCI ... |
