Umm, well I just renamed my MapSettings.cfg file and rebooted the unit. Now it boots a lot quicker and TomTom Home now allows me to update the Phone Connection settings, and to add the computer voice ... |

Hi,
No a reset doesn't work. This device is usually reset at least twice a week and that's a good week!
I've lost the computer voice too! |

I get this too on a 530. It used to have all the settings needed to setup the connection and it would walk you though the screens asking for the phoen type, the country, mobile provider etc. but now ... |

Re the sound thing - I don't have the auto adjust option enabled, I just leave the volume at 90% and adjust it manually if needed.

This is now way out of date. Version 4.5.1 of POIEdit is has been available for some time and it works a treat at managing and updating the POIs. The details in this review are now very old. |
