What is the feature called that automatically zooms in and out depending on the speed you are going.

e.g. if you are going very slow in a built up area, it zooms right in, or if you are on a motorw ...

i have to say i am very disappointed with the garmin 250.

i borrow a cheap gps system off my friend. he got his 2 years ago and is not a recognsed make.

so i went out and bought myself a garmin ...

I have got one fo these and its in 3d mode.
Can you change this to 2d more, or is it just 3d ?

I actually prefer 2d mode
