Yes, I have Schuberth SRC which is effectively latest generation Cardo Scala. It's fine for volume from GPS

What anti virus are you using? Have you tried disabling it whilst downloading?

Also are you connected to your router wirelessly or via Ethernet cable?

Many thanks to both of you... Anecdotal info here in the office is of a number of very satisfied TomTom users, so because of the benefits (mount and cabling) I'll take the Tom TOm route...
