If i use TT3 and checkpoint to add a camera to record the speed that already exists does it mean i will have 2 cameras at the same location listed?

Right i have added a speed camera that was not listed including speed.
Where do i find the file i need to email and how do i know if i suceesfully added it?
Also if i do it for one that already exis ...
