Fixed it. I've selected orange contract WAP and it now works.

Whats the difference between the WAP and the normal contract option? Still uses GPRS doesn't it? Seems to work now.

My upgrade worked fine. I now have the status bar on the right, overspeed that no longer flashes red on blue (hurrah) and some more nice features I can play with.

I'll upgrade mine tonight. Difference between latest Navcore 7 and current version (6.5?) should be immense. Looking forward to testing it out on my trip tomorrow.

I've just discovered the Highways Agency Traffic Channel on DAB. Very clever stuff, and about time too.

Pleased to report that the TMC still works, despite my modification.

I've now extended the range from J9-8 to J9-J5 on the M40. Will see if it picks up Classic FM from J5-J9 on the way home tomorro ...
