I have been able to solve this problem!
Follow these steps :
1. First, remove the navman from the ipaq
2. Reset the IPAQ.
3. Install the Navman GPS 3000 GPS Info software (see downloads)

When I use SmartMAP, I most of the time see 10 green satellites in the GPS screen. All ok there. In TTN2 however, the GPS driver gets a 3D fix very as fast as usual, but 0 ... |

Just a note : the beta 3.1.3 driver is actually newer than the current 3.1.6 version on Navman's site... :-) |

The problem lies within the serial port of the IPAQ. The comport's resistor values sometimes float binary 1 and 0, causing the GPS signal to get corrupt. Even turning on/off the com port doesn' ... |
