Thanks for that. I would be happy to use cables if appropriate and would be interested to hear from anyone with experience of the product as it would seem a good "all in one" solution if it did work !

Perhaps someone should tell the resellers Widget this as when I enquired I was told that "the TomTom system won't work with the XDA2 at the moment and unfortunately it won't do for the foreseeable fut ...

I am told that one cannot use Tomtom on the new O2 xda although it was possible so to do on the earlier model. Does anyone know if this is right ?
