Have just experienced IQ routing for the first time.
I have a 720 with Navcore 8 and 8.05 maps with Tomtom traffic subscription via bluetooth to mobile phone.

I had the same problem when trying to play an album.
It was playing in alphabetical order not track number order.
I found the way to get round this was to use the album mode instead

Resolved by copying the backed up poi's back onto my 910

they activated mine instantly....

No, there is no folder called HelpMe in the root of the drive.
Where do i get it???

I had the same problem, tthome said it was upto date, and yet i could go into buy a map and there was a more recent version available!!!!
I had to contact them to add the 7.10 maps to my account

Have just upgraded my 910 to 7.16 firmware and 710 maps.
I have mobilnova media centre installed but everything else is pretty normal setup.
However, the Help me icon is not there!!!

They have been added to my map folder after updating to 7.10 maps

Well, i just managed to get my previous 675 maps upgraded to 710 maps.
A call to CS and a bit of a nag and they added them to my account.
