When I updated my TomTom it stopped all my live traffic services and said I could not have any unless I signed away my right not to be tracked.

I ended up getting TTN6 with a CF sirfstar3 GPS as I got a good deal, and with CF there is no need to recharge the receiver, just the PDA. I would have preferred the QstarZ, but was a little nervous ...
