| rung Garmin again, every single 3598 device ever made NEEDS the GTM70, unless anyone can prove otherwise, I went to settings, then traffic and it says "compatible accessory required" |

mine is definitely a 3598, it came pre installed with latest 4.60 software and came with the Garmin power cable pictured here

but, I thought digital traffic thingy was built into the car charging cable itself? and the antenna is not needed, unless you had a quick clear windscreen ?
