Nope, tried that, the only way I can extend the battery life is to press the reset button.
Also shifted the prog (new download) & maps to the SD card but that made no difference.

I have a TT720 & a TT730, replaced batteries in both as they where not holding their charge.
720 is fine, will hold its charge for several weeks but the 730 still only lasted about 30 mins.

Yes I meant 730T, finger problems.
The unit will be obtained from my wifes employers which at the moment do not offer the 930T as an option, only 530T or 730T in the Tomtom range.
