| I looked over the manual but nothing was mentioned. Navigon has discontinued phone support in the US, so I'm still waiting for a reply to the email I sent a couple weeks ago. |

| Navigon's site doesn't mention it, but there are a lot of those kinds of addresses outside Chicago, where Navigon was based, so it would surprise me if they weren't supported. |

| Well here's the problem, I put in new batteries and still had that problem. Yes, they were alkaline and it's set to alkaline. I am running 3.30. |
