Are you sure the Nuvi 300 has Text to speech? I can't find it on mine and thought it was only on the 350.

I'm trying to make the same choice myself. Though the Becker has European maps(which I'd only use 3 weeks per year), the Nuvi has Sirf 3 and full postcode search. I'm leaning towards the Nuvi.

Is it City Navigator v.7? If so is v.8 due out anytime soon as I plan to use it in Irish Republic as well as U.K. (if i buy it) and v7 maps have limited Irish info.
