how do you get this firmware version? My 910 says firmware version 6.110(7020) and doesn't upgrade to 6.51 or even give me the option to upgrade to 6.51 when connected to tthome.

Thanks Mike, I've been through the bt preferences and it is switched on. I've managed to get sound (don't know how) I think by switching off the external device functions for audio.

Ok a bit of an exaggeration because my 910(No.2) does speak directions, speed cam warnings but for some inexplicable reason does not announce upon starting up that it's connected to my mobile phone.
