Friend of mine had somehow lost the voices, have installed the navdesk and transferred the new voices across and are in the sound file but still dont appear on the prefrences?

| Thats the same answer I had via Navman, they werent to sure? As the software that comes with the ICN510 is the same version (not for retail sale) as that which comes with the ICN650, so they tell me?

Firstly, if you work for Halfords you ought to clearly state so. Where did the OP say his unit was 10mths old? The 510 is a brand new device so could not possibly be 10mths old
