There is absolutely no USB GPS that can be used with ANY PDA.

I cannot think of any portable GPS with any useable Japan map.

You may be able to find some Japan software if you use a PPC, but probably with only major cities supported.

Ipaq 59xx series do not have serial port so CANNOT connect any GPS via cable.

There are many ways. But it is not cheap and will not be satisfactory.
