Just an update.Received my 3rd HX4700 today,seems to be ok,switches on using the on off button ,now just have to convince tomtom that i have had 3 Ioaq's in 6 months and the first had 3 system boards ... |

batteries are above 90% and the ipaq does'nt need to be running anything for this to happen.all connections are ok. |

the battery is ok,its only 2 weeks old .my other hx4700 went faulty and HP replaced it,so i have 2 batteries and have tried them both ! |

Yes battery is full,it just locks up and wont quick reset. |
