Did you ever resolve this problem? I seem to be having a similar problem. TT will only give me COM1 as an option, not COM4 that the bluetooth gps connects to.

My Toshiba uses COM4 to link with my GPS (Holux GR230). The GPS set up menu in TT will only show COM1. The Tosh is recieving the signal from the Holux. Any ideas how I can select COM4 within TT?
