Hi
Found this on tom-tom web site and it worked
Deleted the Navore file from Home on my laptop
Re started home .Home then installed a new version of the file and it now working.

It is now been over 7 months ago I submitted a camera to be removed 4miles from M25/M20. (Gatso 72477) and still waiting for verification.

Have just gone past these cameras again today and white lines are on both sides of the road.Making camera (73020) now reversible.
