Oh! Well! I just had a look at the Knobs-uk site, they have 16mm balls and the next size up is 20mm. There isn't an 18mm ball.

But regardless of what option you select, most i3s will get down to two bars (out of the four possible), flash up the low battery warning and turn off ten minutes later. Accuracy is not a strong point ... |

Depends on the GPS unit you're using - I've made mounts for Navman and garmin i-series units for fireblades and they've all mounted off of the bolts that hold the clip-on bars to the machine - usually ... |
