I can understand your issue. That's why I didn't get one. Once the real owner reviews of the new DriveAssist unit are published I may get one as they apparently now just have the TA cable

Not sure why you're suggesting this. Using the cable supplied is far better than using a GTM cable.

The Garmin nuvicam comes with the traffic antenna.

Haven't used the 50 - but have the 70 and DriveLuxe 50 and both are built in traffic (not lead - only using the (thin) lead as an Ariel) - so I would expect the 50 and 60 to be the same

That's the one I'm thinking of changing to.

It all depends on whether the traffic receiver is built in, and therefore comes with a TA cable and not the plug in washing line aerial like the current ...

As I'm a van driver I wanted my new Sat Nav to have a built in dash cam.
