Know what you mean but there's always hope !

Of course we may be able to find a darkened screen protector but this will then reduce the brightness during the day - can't win really !!!!

Maybe TomTom can do a bit more with a firmware change. Y ...

Thanks I'll try that but I think a screen saver may be the best way. Perhaps one of the anti-glare ones may help.
