OK. I've just tried this again.

1. Remove old .zip file from download folder.
2. Fire up camera manager and select TomTom.
3. Goto download folder and delete the .zip file it just downloaded. ...

It may have been something to do with there being a second camera on a different road to my left and I turned right (only passing one camera).
