You need a bigger SD card. 128mb is not big enough for what you are trying to do, you need at least 512mb, or even better a 1GB (just in case you add lots of stuff e.g maps later).

I thought you only needed 3 Sat's to triangulate your position, and any greater then 3 added to position accuracy.

You learn something everyday.

The ring does not appear in 3d mode, but appears in map mode.
It is there when navigating or "Follow-me",.. or in Demo mode.

It does not change size on signal strength. - But that would be a usef ...

I have noticed that there is a ring around the position arrow, but sometimes the ring disappears.

What does the ring signify?

I have looked at the manuals, and cannot find what it means.
