My inbuilt car sat nav is rubbish (LR Discovery 3). Do any of the portable sat nav systems have a video output? I want to use the car screen.

UPDATE
TTN5.10 is crashing when I "browse map" so it looks like I will have to go back to WM2003 after all.
Why did HP release WM5 for this pda then? |

| I have now updated the rom to 2.01.05 which is later than that supplied with the WM5 upgrade and the speed is discernably better. I think it is still slightly slower than WM2003 but the difference is ... |

| I have upgraded the OS on my HX4700 to WM5 and installed TTN5 5.100 successfully. However it seems a little slower than Win CE 2003, is there anything I can do to speed it up? |

| Before you buy TTN6 I advise you to weigh up what you want it for. OMHO TTN6 is not worth the money and does not have significant advantages over TTN5 but has some annoying changes! |

The HX4700 is not on the official TTN6 compatibility list, does anyone know if it will work with TTN6? Do I have to upgrade the OS to WM5?

My 4700 works ok now but I had to do two things:
1 Use the "other bluetooth driver", TomTom support advised this
2 Apply the hack to switch off the vga display, as per this thread
