Well, I updated the maps to v9 - and I no longer have the postcode search functionality.
Has this happened to anyone else? If so, how did you resolve it.

Try WD40 (or similar) to get off the goo once you've removed the disk. Normally works really well on things like that. |

Don't take any notice of Garmin - you can get the City Select Europe CD in the UK (covers all those areas listed) for £160 inc vat

a 256mb card should be big enough - you can get huge amounts of Europe on one of them, but as 512mbs are available now at reasonable prices you could go for one of those.
