I had the same issue with no postcodes, just made the 'tomtom' folder on my SD card as suggested and it now works fine - with both the zip folder and maps on my SD card.

Did you try running StorageTools 1.9 (which you can get for $14.99 on Handango)?
Just wondered if it was corrupted or really toast. It's a useful program which you can run it as an trial. |

Either fire up GPS on it's own or from the map screen in TT3 go to file and GPS status.
It tells you there, bottom right. |

I have had to turn off POI to stop the BT drop-out issue - I know I could have switched it on for a moment but it was one of those 'I can't be bothered to pull over and look as I'm in a built up area ... |

In some circumstances the TTN Icon goes astray, everything is still installed and you can browse to the Navigator folder and manually launch TTN. The solution in this case is to recreate the shortcut ... |

Trouble is I've only 3.01 - that is all they ship now.
I don't believe you can download 3.00 anywhere either...
It's also not good that the software seems to be going backwards either |

The problem is dealing with 4 manufacturers - TT, HP, Fortuna and Nokia.
They are all brand leaders and from the feedback I see they are all difficult to get sensible answers out of.
