I don't believe there is a Major Roads of Europe map for Navigator 5.

I don't believe anyone at Pocket GPS World has got the finalised upgrade kit yet, hence we're a bit vague over some issues. I ...

Start Menu, Settings, Connections tab, Beam - untick the box, press OK. That should sort it.

The problem with that suggestion is that we allow discussion on sticky and announcement threads.

I've just dropped one obsolete sticky thread off sticky status. The moderators and Team maybe need t ...

Unstickied - with the launch of Navigator 5, I think everyone for whom this is of use will have found out about it by now. The new 1.10 ROM for the hx4700 should sort out the graphics driver problem w ...

Safety screen speed is done by configuring map display. You get three options - map shown, map hidden or map hidden above a certain speed. The latter is the equivalent of the safety screen speed in Na ...

The feature has gone - the GPS driver architecture in Navigator 5 is completely different to that in Navigator 3 and earlier.

I'd be very surprised if the sort of move you described took 45 minutes ...

There seems to be a bit of confusion.

Navigator 5 upgrades for existing users in Europe include detailed maps of Western Europe unless I've completely misread TomTom's web site. It seems explicit ...

Navigator 5 is a brand new product and there's not much user experience on it yet.

It sounds as if the map is only found on the SD card in retail copies of Navigator 5, unlike the older Navigator p ...

It doesn't help that there's three existing products - Navigator 2 USA, Navigator 2004 ...
