Early days, only had the car just over two weeks but so far have not seen any issues with the unit. Honda dealer did tell me that they have updated the firmware with fixes from 2015 reported issues.

Hard reset didn't work either.

Usually happens when device is first switched on and more likely than not it then takes some 3 attempts to get it working.

I think I will just have to live with it ...
