I suspected this, but IIRC it happens even when the POIs are disabled. I don't bother having POIs enabled because it clutters up the map screen.

I had TT3 on my old PPC and on the GPS page there was an option to "record" the GPS feed which effectively meant you could log your journey.

AS title.....after a fresh install, when in motion the movement on the screen is smooth. After I add some POIs the motion becomes jerky, ie a refresh every second or so.

I have a Ipaq 3715 and Glob ...

I have a Haicom reciever(403s??) linked to a Casio Em500. TT3 software.

Problem is that I keep losing satellite lock....It certainly couldn't be relied upon to get you anywhere.
