Sounds like a COM port connection issue with palm and tt5, your GPs is ok, your palm using other software is ok, its just with tt5, I connect through COM 4, however I suggest you have a look ... |

Don't bother with the TT Dbase, I never use it.
The pocketgps Dbase is updated every month it is excellent and accurate and its easy to install.
