Sorry it's taken so long (there were loads!) but I have finally put together a complete list of all the ones I have, so if anyone would like a copy, please PM me your email address (or email me directly via the link on my profile) and you can pick which ones you would like me to send you from this list.

It is in MS Word format and is 5 pages long!! 8O
