CameraManager3 Files Converter

This is a new program constructed on request.

It uses the PGPSW CameraManager3 file(s). These files have an embedded direction.

Using this degrees direction it is possible to separate say Gatso_fifty.csv into:

Gatso_fifty_n.csv
Gatso_fifty_s.csv
Gatso_fifty_e.csv
Gatso_fifty_w.csv

For the Mobile cameras there is also a bucket file to capture the cameras that have no speed or direction.

Once run the csv files can be directly processed by POILoader or the CSV to GPX Converter that is compatible with the above file format.

The voice packs have been supplied by Dales as there are considerably more required to speak the direction of the camera.
